Adrian College men’s basketball coach Mark White couldn’t have witnessed a worse start to the second half of any basketball game than he did Wednesday night.   And when that happened against the No. 2-ranked team in the country, the results are usually deadly.

The Adrian College men’s basketball team is off to its best start in a half century. Getting balanced scoring to compliment their strong defense, the Bulldogs stormed to a 78-49 victory over the Olivet College Comets in a Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association game Saturday at the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center.

The Adrian College men's basketball team bounced back from its loss earlier in the week and beat Kalamazoo College 56-45 in Saturday's Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association game at the Anderson Athletic Center.   Adrian (11-5, 4-2 MIAA) moved into a second-place tie with Trine in the league standings. Both teams trail first-place Hope by two games.
